2007 Mocha Designo *Take over lease or buyout*
Hello all:
I have a PERFECT 2007 Mocha Designo S550 with AMG, Pano, Rear Seat, Rear Window Blinds, Wood Wheel, P2 and much more. 2 years left on lease, $1999 per month all in, $48K left on lease. Interested? Car has only 11K miles! Email: Greg@Blackstonemtg.com.
No BS, this car is perfect, and is perhaps the finest example of an MB interior ever. In an area full of S550's, this one certainly stands out. Assume the lease if you have good credit, or pay the nut upfront. Either way, this car is a stunner and I'll be sorry to see it go.

Hey Chucky...haven't seen you on Glen Cove Road in a while. As you can see by the milage, I'm not using the car much. My business has a an Escalade w/driver, and I have a weekend car, so I'm not using the S as much as I planned.

I havent been on Glencove because I've been to busy. However, I will be back there in a month or so. You know Senator Marcellino? I am friends with him and his family - so His daughter invited me over for dinner. Should be nice. I'll let you know when.
Wow - you will miss your S. But yea - very few miles... doesnt pay to keep it and pay those payments when you don't really use it.

Or you could just say I am in the Mortgage Business and I cannot afford such an absurdly high payment equal to most people's house payments that are being foreclosed on.
You could say I should have got that A8L W12 that I test drove so I wouldn't look like just another guy with an S-Class, LOL I am just pulling your chain buddy.

Yes, that would be the smart answer, but I transfered the lease to a co-worker and bought an Aston Martin V8 and a Land Rover LR2 for bad weather, etc.

I haven't figured this out either. Wouldn't the creditor have to change the name of the borrower over to the person taking over the payments for legal reasons and credit check purposes?
If the car is wrecked by the 2nd owner, the insurance company, the bank, the state dept. of revenue, etc, and other folks would still come after the original owner wouldn't they??
But legally, how is the car transferred to the new owner?

With some clause, such as the Infiniti one, if you transfer the lease payments to someone else, you are still liable for the car in case the new owner fails to pay promptly or at all for the rest of the payments. More or less, your name is still tagged to the contract. With, Mercedes, thats not the case I believe

Depending on the bank, you can complete a TOE, or Transfer of Equity. MB allows you to FULLY come off the lease. My co-worker applied for credit with MB Financial and was approved. MB then closed out my lease, and re-leased the vehicle to the new party, removing me from ALL liability. Since my tax is in the payment, I didn't take any hit. It worked VERY well, and both parties are happy. Not every bank will do this, but most will.
Simply apply for credit on the website or call the bank. They will send forms to the original lessee, and then to the new lessee. Send them back, wait a few weeks...and that's it! Good luck!

The car is sick, only a little less than 2 years left, no money down...what's better than this??? Car was in PERFECT condition. Hard to find combo, the new Designo Mocha has a light interior...this car is not replaceable.
