Best Interior Cars?

Phaeton maybe.
The Bentley just has way too much wood. Personally I like to rest my arm on leather, not wood.
The Maserati just doesn't have anything going for it. Yeah an engine, but that's not interior...
I'm not sure what BMW was thinking with their entire setup. Did they decide they were going to build an interior for aliens?
The Maybach seems like a W220 clone, it just feels way too familair. That's a reason why I don't like the LS460l.

The LS600 is a modernized version of the blob that was the LS430.

Hi. Me? Yes.
Perhaps your neighbor doesn't have the ultra luxury package LS430.
I do, and I can certainly tell you that although the console is plastic (as is every other car in this thread) the wood looks a lot less fake than the Mercedes wood, and the leather is much softer.
Butttttt, I'm not comparing it to the S600 or that likes. From what I remember the S600 has leather similar to the LS430, I think it's called Nappa leather? Not the grainy kind regular Mercedes' have.
My opinion, I prefer the Lexus style of smooth soft leather over the grainy BMW and Mercedes kind (well most Mercedes and BMW's).
The UL has a leather covered dash as well as full leather everywhere else. The only plastic I can remember that you actually see is on the center console, I'll take pictures on Monday perhaps for you.
What amazes me is that Lexus actually sold a version of the LS430 without a navigation system. Talk about cheap.

All points noted - The S550 with or without the premium leather upgrade has such a fine quality leather, im not sure what you are referring too. I have premium leather and it is the softest leather I have ever felt in a car. Surely you cant compare leather sourced out of the orient which Lexus does, vs Leather 50% sourced from Germany, 50% sourced from tanneries in Italy.
They use leathers from Motto Alfredo which is the same leather that Versace uses in their ultra high end leather goods.
Not sure if my neighbor has that package on their car, but it doesnt matter - its a total package. Get inside that car, and its NOT the same as getting inside an S550.......... Its just not. It doesnt cocoon you the way you feel in the 550.
Everyone else can be the judge of it.

The Maybach 57S that was at the NY Auto show (Black exterior, white/black interior) was the nicest I've seen in a while. My friend has a Bentley Spur (nice interior), but the Mayback 62 I sat in was stunning. But, it is in the MB family.
I still think my Designo Mocha interior is the nicest I've seen. I can't even count the number of times someone has said to me "that is the nicest interior I have ever seen"!!!

Agreed!
By the way - I still tell friends about the day I met you! To be quite honest - I thought I had cut you off or something and you were racing up to try and kill me or something. Whenever I drove fast to get away - you were in and out of cars trying to catch up - I was so afraid that I pushed it to 90mph on that Long Island road but you still caught up - till I realized you were calling me Chucky300 lol then i realized i didnt do anything. ehhe. Scared the **** out of me though

To Taurian, I agree, Mocha Black is very nice. IMO, almost any designo color combo is the best looking.

Yes. Its Mercedes' way of really showing the world that beneath all that "german personality" they exude a very fine ability to craft something truly remarkable. The colors, qualities, and the marrying of materials really is tasteful!!!

I bought my Cayenne Turbo S at a Porsche dealer in Cleveland this summer. They also owned a Mercedes dealership next door. Of all the people to have left their car there, LeBron James had his there for service. The dang thing is a mile long. Too damn long for me! Mags
