Something I spotted on the way to return my loaner car....The driver looked to be in his late 70s...
Why would anyone do this?

There are your usual posers who replace their badges with the flagship model badges, but the SL is a completely different body type...He should have just bought an SL550

Given the age of the driver, the only explanation I can think of is that he had rear paint/body work on the car and the body shop put SL badges by mistake...

What kind of loaner MB is that you're driving? Is it a luxury C class?

I live in the area and will be on the lookout for that car! It was purchased at Euro Motorcars. Just for fun, I'll do some detective work on it.
