What do you mean not sensitive enough? As in you're afraid it's too easy for theives to jack up your car and steal your rims? All modern MBs have a TOW sensor which will activate if anyone tries to jack the car. Don't you get TeleAid for a year if you buy brand new? If so, after a certain time of the alarm going off, iirc, the cops will be notified.

The alarm system in the S-Class is an integral part of the SmartKey system. Most shops won't even attempt to install remote starters with these systems, let alone entirely new alarms.

I'm sorry, what is vim221? "Video in motion" for the W221? I wouldn't know, but I recall maybe one or three members with this on their S-Class.

beater with a heater
yes it is possible to add onto the MB alarm system. I have researched it for my neighbor then added onto it a digital tilt sensor and a shock sensor. the digital is 1.5 degree of tilt, and the shock sensor is just that but 2 stage. (warn away then full trigger)
