Yeah I'm definitely gonna say this FL is a big win for the W221. Subtle but all the right changes, looks awesome. 
The only things I think are downgrades are the Rearview-Mirrors, and possibly the taillights, but I'm still not sure on that, as the new ones possibly look better in some Pics, and I like the twin white strip look.

Here is more info on the 2010 specifically the AMG sport PKG option.
Looks like the pkg will be avail on the 600 as well. I agree with other comments. I don't think the square side mirrors go with the car. Interior appears the same.

overall, i like the upgraded w221 - especially the added wood on the inside. however, i don't like it *that* much to trade in my 07, though. in years past, i would have traded for the newer model. i like my 07 plain and simple. and i HATE the leds up front. seems too much like jumping on the audi bandwagon. maybe if benzo thought of it first, i might have a different opinion. that's just me being a benzo snob, i know. i guess i think the whole concept of those leds upfront is just plain silly. for any car. whatever.
