Thinking of buying...
my 2007 S550 Launch Edition which I currently lease. Love the car and it has 26000 mi on it. What is the consensus for a fair price. I have to check and see what the buy out is but I'm sure it's negotiable.
Does anyone have any experience with buying a lease car from MBFS?

It depends on the options your car has. Bear in mind that you can get a 2007 S65 for 9X,000 which originally sold for $200,000 new and you realize how bad the market for these cars is in 2009...

Esp when new, revised/debugged, '10 S-Class will likely be available at heavy discts and w/decently priced $0-down, 2-3yr leases
Cars are not all that different from smartphones....who wants to buy a 3yo Blackberry?

A good deal may not to be such a good deal afterall.
I would NEVER trust used car odometer reading (major reason to avoid used cars). We tend to forget the old "you get what you paid for".
On the other hand, the difference between 3yo Blackberry and MB - about $50 to 70k?
And MB drives better

I will never buy a brand new luxury vehicle again. I could still get a 1-year old car and save tons of money - AND have several years of warranty left. CPO is an option, too.
