These are not s65 tail pipes, these are S600 pipes like here

They are coming out of Germany - should be here next week this time.
I do have the '08-'09 S65 rear bumper valance that has the big extrusions to support the wide exhaust tips...

MTB might be right - I actually ordered what the parts person at the dealer thought were S65 tips last year, and what came was the S600 tips like in MTB's post. The MB schematics showed the part number we ordered as an S65 part, but what actually arrived was the S600 tips. I don't have any way to backtrack which part number we ordered back then, so we will know next week.

The ones that have rewired taillights do it for money, the other people that are doing it have not been able to figure it out YET. So your answer is no, for the time being. Maybe you can attempt it and give some feedback, I would not mind sharing my knowledge but have not gotten it 100%.

I want to keep the car quiet since we use it as a baby car, but how much are you paying? My wife drives the car and wants it a little beefier. My CL has the Eisenmann mufflers which are pretty loud, and she loves that. If you're getting a good deal, maybe I'll go that way too...

Guys, I have SAM module for sell. Just thought hit you guys in here first since this thread "was" about the Taillight upgrade. 
It is the A221 901 30 00. I am asking $350 shipped anywhere in the US.
Brand new never installed. It was originally for my cousin overseas, and before I able to ship it, he wrecked the car.

Okay I have a major problem. I installed the lights along with a new Sam but my turn signals won't work in the front and rear but everything else works fine though.

Did you flash the SAM or just installed it? I believe you need to flash it in order to work, otherwise it won't work properly. Your fuel gauge won't work, trunk won't open, etc.
