what is a reasonable offer that i should make on a 07 certified, 46k miles with the following options: premium leather, AMG, P2, pano roof and night view assist? The car is listed for $54000

The car is priced a little high for the mileage if it is at an MB dealer (if it is at an 'autoworld' place it is priced wicked high). Around here that car is selling for $51-52k....

that's what i originally thought, but the dealer e-mailed me the original spec info & the night vision is listed as a stand alone option for $1775.00

eventually they'll ask if you want the extended warranty to determine how they'll counter, dont know what their cost is on the ELW but figure they'll try to at least make 1k from the ELW on top of what they'll make on the car itself

Night vision was initially offered as a stand alone option and didn't become part of the PIII until later in the model year.

If the car is CPO you're doing good at 50.
