Wheel Size questions: need help

I just bought a 07 S550 yesterday and will be posting pics soon. I got a few questions though about 22" wheels

1) Whats the proper offset should I be looking for on 22's?
2) I'm looking for staggered so whats the widest I can go in the front and back without rubbing or problems.
3) what size tires in the front and back; without rubbing?

Thanks in advance!

what kind of wheels you looking for, most of the wheels you are going to buy unless they are junk, will be made to order, and they know what fits each car perfect. just get a good manufacturer and its fine, get cheap **** with hub rings, and you are on your own

Ive been looking at rooms from GFG, Mandrus , Giovanna to name a few. BUT, my problem is I'm seeing too many different OFFSETS!!!. I pretty figured out to get 22x9 in the front and 22x10.5 in the rear with a 285/25/22 tires in the back and 245/230/22 in the front. My only thing now is OFFSET. whats the correct offset for the front and Rear without rubbing??? Arent spacers dangerous?

You have the correct tire size. As long as the spacers that you use are hub centric, you're fine. For the off set, that all depending on how you want the wheels to sit or how low your car is. You can always call the high end wheel shops and they could give you the correct info.

here u go, im still waiting for the carbon fiber rear difuser so it will fit the dual exhaust I got on so had to make a cut in the one now in order to clear the bumper because i got the 10mm spacer in the rear in order to make clearence for the S600 brakes they are quite far out the rearwheels and i cant lower it enough, but next year in gonna order some savini 3pc wheels and then it can be lowered even more in the back
