2010 Does Not Have Fog Lamps, Am I Correct?
Hi All,
I am in the procsess of doing a full 2010 S63/S65 cosmetic retrofit on my vehicle but ran into a functionality issue while wiring the 2010 headlamps and LED DRLs.
Problem is I need front foglamps and from doing comparisons on wiring and switches between 2007 and 2010, I realized the 2010 does not have any. See pictures.
Are the LED DRLs suppose to be bright enough to take the place of the halogen foglamps? For sure the headlamps are not sufficient as I have compared old and new and the beams are the same.
Any response would be appreciated as this would be a problem in the driving conditions I encounter.

I assume it is the same in the use with the facelift 221 (or W212) as in Europe, with intelligent lights the fog lamp feature is implemented with an adaptive beam from the actual head lamp unit. A car with standard head lights would have traditional fogs.
It really isn't straightforward to swap the lights.
