Wanted to see if anyone is interested in a group buy of the S65/S63/CL65/CL63 performance Package Split spoke 5 star wheels.



I found a vendor who has the best mold I've seen yet. These look OEM but with slight concave, more in the rear. We can either go with OEM AMG specs. (8.5 front, 9.5 rear, 43 offset) or push the rears to 10"

We need 10+ people to get a discount price on the wheels. If we get enough interest I think we can build in a package deal with tires too.

I've seen the 19" version and it's so nice. diamond cut face and finish is amazing. Let me know what you all think...

Yes, this will be made to OEM S65 specs which will fit the S550 and CL550 as well. Do you want the rears 9.5" like the stock AMG wheels or would you like a 10" stance in the back?

I'm fine either way, going to look better than my stockies...

I'm interested if they would work for a W212 E550. Perhaps the supplier would offer a discount even if we committed to X quantity but the fitments were different for different models, could/would you ask?

Unfortunately, the group buy is not going to be able to go through because the Mold was purchased with exclusivity from the manufacturer from another vendor. I'm trying to track down who purchased the mold.

If anyone finds the 20" version with the True AMG details anywhere let us know!

Ebay wheels: are completely different. Ebay: spokes have 90° angle on the transition to the outter rim.

Good Replicas: smooth, rounded transition to outter rim plus inner parts of the spokes also have a smooth curve. (compare with the photo I posted)

Good News.

Just got an email from the vendor and they were able to get the group buy back on. I'm working out pricing. Going to go as low as we can on these. Need 15-20 sets accounted for in order to get discount pricing.

Set up will be same as AMG Stock: 8.5 fronts and 9.5 rears.

Yeah, those from OEMwheels are completely different. I'm not saying they are bad but they don't have the details from the Original S65 split spoke wheel.
