2007 S550 Designo Launch Edition
Desgino Launch Edition Paint Code?
My first post after buying my first MB yesterday! Woohoo!
Does anyone know the Designo Launch Edition paint code? I thought it was c041 based on the sticker in the door jam, but according a paint shop, that color is called Graphite Green. I don't see any green in the color, just dark grey.

Got the dealer to confirm it is 041 after all... not sure why the description of the paint was coming up with "green" though. I ordered a pre-painted rear spoiler lip with this code. Hope its right.

One of my best. I get bored and get out every 2 years. You will never get out of a luxury car after this. Sounds like you have my car. Designo gray, beige/black with walnut. 19" mutispokes. You should look at updating taillights.

Yep, same car, except previous owner swapped the wheels out for some 20s. Still thinking about the lights, but I do want to put AMG skirts, bumpers and exhaust on on it for sure. I traded an Acura RL and a Z06 for this car, so gained a lot in the luxury deparment, but am already craving some sporty attributes.

Consider a used CL600 or something to go with your S550. They are dirt cheap, and I miss having a V-12 in my stable, so if I find a great one, I just might bite. Of course, my wife will make me live inside of it.

Yeah, the Z06 lost the practicality battle when my wife got preggo with our 4th child. Although, she loved the Z just as much as I did, so I think we will see another sports car down the road when our oldest gets her own car in a couple years. Until then, I have to make this S550 meet my needs.
