Wheels?

Anyone know what kind of wheels these are or if they are MB aftermarket wheels?

I believe they are aftermarket. They resemble the turbine wheels found on the SLR.

Hmmm.. ok. At first they didn't appeal to me, but they are starting to grow on me.

They are pretty unique. They do have a slight cooling effect on the brake rotors which is certainly a plus on a track.

Which applies to an S550 how???
I'd never take mine on a track. I'd probably leave very embarassed.
Agreed, though, they do look like they belong to an SLR McLaren. I can't say they're the exact same, but they're similar.

My comment had nothing to do with the 550... it was directed at the wheels... which do have a cooling effect on rotors

They're really close. I'd say they may be copies... the real Lorinsor style wheels don't have the multi-peice look:

I just found this... looks like they are a version of the Lorinsor wheels.
