Which lowering links?

The plan was to keep the car at stock height, but I have decided to close the gap on the new wheels. I'm running 22's staggered and want to lower it down just a tad bit. Which links are most of you guys using? I see two different types on the bay. Advise and thanks.

I have the ones from adjustableairride.com. But I think the ones from http://www.ghostmotorsports.com/products/view/219 are better quality?

Ghost are better, they are made to adjust and readjust without the need to pop the ends off everytime like the others.

I had both, adjustableairride are good but Ghost are better; I even made a post where I had to keep popping off the ends to readjust and finally broke the ball joint.

i don't know how the ones from ghosts look, but i saw these from artevo:

are these the kind that you will need to remove it in order to adjust it? it's definitely a huge plus to adjust without taking out the end links

I use Adjustable air ride links from http://www.adjustableairride.com/ IMO.. Ghostlinks are inferior links. see below. The only thing I like about Ghost links are, you can adjust them without popping a side off. Those Artevo links look cool, IF you can adjust without removing them. The only thing I'd be concerned with are the ball joint fittings.

Adjustable Air Ride Links

Ghost Links
+ 1 on the air rides and they are adjustable also while on the car by just popping one end off, adjusting then pop back on....easy

Wow.. How the hell did you break the ball joint??? The AAR fitting that wraps around the ball joints are soft, flexible rubber Anyway... There's pro's & con's for each link out there. I've read complaint's of people needing to use loctite on their ghostlinks to prevent them from turing on there own, Your AAR ball breaking incident, (no pun intended).
IMO, If adjustable air ride links had the reverse thread adjustment like those artevo links, they'd be PERFECT. Not sure if those Artevo links are available for the w221, or what the costs is, but they look like they're worth looking into. Looks like the quality of AAR's, with the ease of the ghostlinks.

i just love how these other companies have totally copied my sites text. Started selling links back in 06 & since then others have tried hard to copy me. Danny at Ghost Motorsport actually bought a few sets from me before making his own. Thank you all for your support!!! Everybody knows my phone is on 24/7 ready to answer any question. Been countless times customers have been under there cars calling me & I'm there to assit.

The reason i don't use the turn buckle style is cause it can easily move after a few bumps and the vehicle's height will be altered. My end pieces are just like stock but easier to clip on. Never heard of anyone braking anything. They are much easier to push on & off then the stock links.

Thank you again for all your positive feedback!!!! I will always strive to give the best product & customer service possible!!!

You got my support.. To each his own I guess I still think its kinda funny how the "Ghost instructions" continues to use pictures of your links, along with your wording.. That's just foolish.. At least take your own damn pics Ghost..

Still boggles my mind how someone can break the ball joints removing the AAR link. To be honest, I'd rather have the fixed link design adjustment. You have better accuracy assuring both front links are EXACTLY the same length. One full turn on each is One full turn on both...

Well I am very picky and maybe sometimes undecisive when it comes to height, I wanted that sweet spot which is very difficult to achieve when it comes to air suspensions. The sockets on all brands when popped in all the way are not as easy as you think to pop off, especially the wierd angle you need your hands just to get to them in the rears of the S, that and the combination of having them on for over a years time. The ball joint arm in the rear is made from thin pot metal that is not designed to be remove multiple times and started to get flex from popping off and on the links and finally bent for the last time and broke off. For me if I would of had the ability to readjust without having to pop on and off the rear link then it would of been prevented. It may not be common to break ball joint arms but the potential is there which I wished did'nt ever happened, all I am trying to give is some insight and my experience for someone else don't go thru what I did nothing more.
