They don't appear to say "///AMG" on the spokes like the real ones do (I have the OEM 20" previous-year S65 rims on my car).
If you go for them, don't forget about the TPMS sensors, that's the biggest thing I'd say.

If you are not looking for tire package, you can get them on ebay for $1500 shipped.
I think some sellers call them option 5 wheels.
