Came across this s63 conversion face lift package

Does anybody have any experience with this facelift package?

http://www.cargym.com/mercedesbenz-w...it-p-2268.html

It is pretty reasonable.

If anybody has any input let me know please.

Thanks.

wow that's a pretty good price and if they really use PP vs Fiberglass it'll be more durable. I just wonder how the fitment would be.

That's one hell of a deal package! The description says 100% perfect fitment? I wonder how much shipping would be.

i am interested too and wonder how the fitment is. seems like this is replica of the factory bumper so manufacturing side of it is important, otherwise it can be painful (and expensive) at the body shop

I looked at this same kit a few weeks ago, but when I went to check the price for shipping I noticed that it was equal to or more than the kit itself.

Well I mean if the kit was copied identical to oem spec. It's still not bad compared to spending $6k for the oem ones?

that's a big if though. from my experience a lot of replicas they need more work at the body shop.

but yeah, 1500 shipping is beyond nuts. even for air freight i think it's on the high side (if it's from hong kong or china). if it's ocean freight it will take longer and much cheaper

Since I'm right here in Japan, I thought the shipping would be cheaper. It came up to 1500.00 USD for me as well.

So guys I was the one who started this thread and they FINALLY responded to my email..but guess what? They quoted me $2500 for shipping to NY.

But they said it will cost cheaper send by ship if I can wait 2-3 months.

Thanks but no thanks....i'd rather buy from more reputable sources even if it means paying more..thanks for your attention...

cargym sent me some sample photos of customer's cars. He assured me that it's 100% fit. He gave me the approval to post them up. Note: I have no affiliation with cargym.

I'm only trying to help myself and fellow forum members as s63/65 conversion is so hot.

What do you guys think

That looks good! What about the mesh grill in the bumper? Are they plastic like the oem one, or is it metal/aluminum?
