My local dealer has one, that's all I know.

Here's a link for a Car and Driver Article:

Another link from Left Lane which isn't particularly good:

It's interesting that they say it is actually quieter than the S550. Hmm..

I went with my neighbor when he placed his order a couple of weeks ago. Not good, he was called 3 days later and told MB had run out of wheels for the car and the earliest he could expect to get one was the last couple of days of January. They had one in showroom, everything else needed to be ordered. BTW, the showroom vehicle did not have the 4matic designation on rear, I guess they opted to show only "S 350" and "bluetec" or else the back will start looking like a billboard.

I purchased an S350 Sept 20 . It is the fourth S class W221 I have had and I like it the best. Drive all day on a tank of fuel. Got a measured 35.4 mpg on highway at 70 mph. Rides and drives great, and is very quiet. Only know it is a diesel during acceleration. Drive one as soon as you can, but not the sport II addition with the low profile tires, they ride to hard.

Here is another, but more logical review: 2012 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Models Comparison!. It actually compares in details all the 2012 S-Class models including S350 Bluetec. Also gives the link to another page, where you can download 2012 S-Class brochure, which shows all the colors and packages....

don't know but he then called mb headquarters and spoke with an exec who checked and told him that the info is correct. who knows. the worst part was he does not want the wheels and prefers the 5 spokers available on the S550 and was told he can't even order them as an option and it does not matter anyway because the line is closed at the factory until standard wheels are available.

wow that's very interesting. looking at the pictures online, the 18" wheels are nothing different from those on the s550
