Help

Now guys don't laugh. But I have to ask.

How do you get to the battery in the rear of a 2007 S-65.

Yes, I've used the search function, but all I've found is that "one battery is located under the hood (start battery) and a second in the trunk.

I also saw one post that said it is behind the rear seat. I've looked, and I've taken the carpet from the center section over the spare tire in the trunk but I don't see how to take out the side panels without a lot of dissembly.

I don't think it would be behind the rear seats but who knows? Do I need to take out one or both rear seats to change a battery?

Can someone please tell me how to get to this thing?

Thanks Tony

Thanks Tony

Thanks rominl,

I see it but it still doesn't tell you how to remove that panel between the trunk and the rear seat. Yes, I can open the hood (engine compartment) but that is not the battery I need to remove.

Thanks for trying to help me. I just need more help than the average guy.

do you have the trunk pass through? if not, i think it's just the panel at the far back of the trunk that you pull out
