I would skip the side markers. IMO? It give the car a cleaner look. But if you want to install the side marker light. Then you would need the bodyshop to cut out an opening before the paint it. The drl on this kit, you use the original side marker wire to connect it with the drl.

so the DRL on this bumper setup you can just hook up to side marker easily? wont have any problem as mentioned before with the factory 2010+ bumper?

Ok, so i got a chance to test fit the front bumpers today. Fitment was close to oem spec. Only bad thing was that the drl did not work 100%. I will try and get a error-free canceler harness and try later. other wias I'm very impress with fitment and quality for an non oem product. I have the s65 grill but did not install it yet. Here's some pic's.

Looks exactly like unpainted original one, post some pics after you paint it.

There was a plug that came with the drl. And I connected it to the fogs directly, but it just flashes. I didn't try and tap it to the side marker lights so I don't know if that would work.

I don't know how the oem one look. But I doubt anyone could tell? Once I test fit everything. I'll have some pics of the final product. Btw... Is your drl working good with them resistors? I just ordered a set for mine.

Dont think it works straight to the fogligt. Try the sidemarker instead.

I will try that next. I didn't have a volt meter to check the +/- wires so I jut left it disconnected?

Chris, if you were to put this on your car, would you paint it or leave it as the carbon fiber look? I like it too.

Thanks.

I mean the bumpers are exact same, its just some non-oem bumpers looks different when unpainted, where as yours unpainted looks exactly like unpainted original. Plus the quality and material looks the same as the oem, which is a good thing.
DRLs work fine but the get too damn hot, so as the other member of the forum suggested in my DRLs thread, i ordered a "automatic relay switch" from ebay that is a better alternative. And here is why: 1. It doesnt get hot 2. You connect it straight to the battery 3. They will automatically turn on when you start the car 4. If you want to drive with just DRLs on (without headlights) they will look like 2010 ones (2010 with DRLs on=only DRLs on. 2007 with resistors and connected to fog light switch=DRLs on + small white lamps in headlights are on too). So i go with Relay instead
