I'm waiting on the headlight conversion to be less stressful to do. The mirrors is the next step. But it won't be anytime soon since its like $2000.00+ to do. And I don't think it's nessarry to do yet.

I will do both mirrors and headlights on my project! Cost for mirrors is about $1000.

Test fitted the rear bumper and side skirts today.Fitment was near perfect. DRL lights were connected to the fog light connection with a resistor. That way I can turn it on when I need to instead of having it on all the time. I did order the automatic on/off switcher but for some reason,it didn't do what it was supposed to.Just stayed on,didn't turn off when the car was off. Should be getting the car back in a week from the body shop. Cant wait!!!

Looks fantastic! Any issues with the resistors turning hot? Where did you get them?

Thanks.

I got it from eBay. And yes it does get hot. So I made a small bracket to hold it away from everything.

I had a hard time getting the metal bracket to clamp together behind the fender and bumper. So I just left it to the body shop since there taking it off anyways? Fitment is close as oem you'll find for aftermarket.

I just left the bulb in the housing, and zip tied it behind the bumper. Is it possible to turn it off via Star?

I think you can because the european cars do not have the side markers.

I'll take a look into that. Thanks for the info!
What I was also thinking. Was to tap the drl lights into the side markers so it would power up. And run another wire connected to the fog light switch. So that once the fog light switch is turn on, it'll be bright? Just a thought. Is that even possible?
