I just took apart my pass side mirror. And I had to redo all them wires. Who ever put these mirrors together had ALL the wires mixed up!

Ok.....I rewired all my wires to JT's chart. But it didnt work for me. This is really strange! I guess I'll have to open up my old mirrors and copy its original wires because this diagram didnt work for me.

Phatisfy if you wired it up correctly then you have to get 2 new motors
221 820 5542 is right/passenger
221 820 5442 is left/drivers
67 bucks each in dealer but make sure you wired it up correctly I left you my number in pm

Here' what I got from my old mirror...
Driver Side :
G1-W9
G2-B3
G3-W8
G5-W10
G6-B9
G7-W7
G8-B4
Passanger Side:
G1-W9
G2-B3

I just got done with the wire's, and once I install it back onto the car. I will confirm if it work 100% or not. I hope so because this is what I copied from my old mirrors. I'm not sure why JT,and I have 2 different results?

But again I just got home from the movies everything works perfectly, I was on highway and auto dimming worked just fine, it's all working just like OEM

No mine are OEM they work perfect I was asking to see what mirror you have installed, was it aftermarket, the OEM from the original mirrors or the 221 820 5442 or 221 820 5542 which are the 2010-2012 mirror motors which I have installed Fully functional

As I said so many times. My mirrors ARE both OEM. Driver side have OEM motor and passenger side have Aftermarket motor. All 100% working!

Update!! My mirrors adjustments are still mixed up. I find it interesting since I copied exactly as my oem mirror wires. I guess I'll have to go with JT's route.

I dont remember doing anything in particular, only thing i do remember is that i used memory function a lot lately, since my car has been driven a lot by wife, and also its been on a dealership for couple of times for oil change, service b etc. So everytime after i got my car back i used memory button to put my seats back in place.
Also if it might help, my battery died on me 3-4 days before the passenger side started to work and i know that MB replaced my front battery and told me that my car had some fault codes that were related to a dead battery, so they cleared all the codes as well.

Wow..This is SO strange..Another one with my kit that works just like it came...This is the mistery of the year...If it is the battery then it sure is a kind of re-set thing. But on mine I never did anything with the battery though as I remebered. SO glad it works though.

Also i had check engine light month ago, but the car drove just fine, i drove like that for a week or so, then went to dealer to fix it, and when my advisor came outside to right down all info from my car and started the car, check engine was gone. I was like wtf? And mechanic said that these cars reset themselves when possible, since then no check engine light
