ABC Dipstick
[/IMG]Hello!Can anyone post a pic here,..of an abc fluid
dipstick please.. And mark the min and max please..
I do not understand the stick.., i do not see the min and max sign .. The motor is cold at the time i made the photo. You see where the fluid is at the stick
(i have an S500 W221)

First of all what's an "ABC dipstick"? If you're talking about a basic oil dipstick the "full" and "add 1 litre" marks on my 2011 E Class diesel's dipstick are in the form of two little "holes" in the plastic...one slightly above the other...no more than an inch apart.Can't post a picture of it but it's quite simple.

Today i went to the garage,.. at the rear there are brackets ,.for the sensors of ABC. They were stuck... they replaced it ,,,and the car is now at the right level.
BUT : (They let the car dance, i believe the call it rodeo) ... After i drove away from the garage,...i heard a whining noise (was not at all when i brought them te car) A Whining noise like i have a compressor sitting on my engine.... You can also slightly feel a vibration through the steering wheel...
What can that be??? I saw them also fill some oil ,..from a grey plastic can... I thought that must be a blue can??

I would check if all the fluids are up to the correct level especially powersteering fluid.No oil leaks, underneath the car?
Do not think the color of the bottle really matters as long as your mechanic knows what he is doing ??
