Door handle sticks in pulled position

Hey. I have problems with my rear door handles on both sides. Door handle sticks in pulled position. Have tried to spray them with lubricant without success. Does anyone have a good solution to this problem?

Hello, and thank you for your reply. I have no warranty anymore. My car is from 2007. I find it a bit strange that this error would come now. How can things suddenly get in contact after over six years?
But how do I remove the door handle? Do I take off the inside panel?
