Dealer refused to replace leaking washer fluid tank under warranty
They said MB warranty doesn't cover that. Is this BS or what? They quoted me $200 for repair. I never had (or heard) another car having this problem (even a Yugo), and yet it seems like so many MB owners have this problem...
Should I pursue this further? Call MB, make a stink or is it something that I have no chances of winning?
I'm pretty mad.

That's BS...I had the same issue but mines were both headlight washers and dealer replaced both under warranty.

This is so funny. I have blue fluid leaking on either side of the car, left and right sides... Just saw it tonight. The car was cpo'd a week ago. I guess they missed it? So, what's the deal, these things end up cracking and leak???

I just called my dealer and they said its covered under warranty. I'd call another dealer or call Mercedes customer service number.

Go to a different MB dealership and write a complaint against the one you went to. Make sure to mention the guys that wanted to make the decision of telling you to pay out of pocket. I would also call MB corporate and complain over the phone. At this point for someone to try taking money out of your pocket after you have a warranty it's every man for himself. In this case you are right and they are gonna turn up to be the idiots. If you want you can also go and visit the GM of the MB dealer you went to, and tell him about other people having same issues fixed under warranty.

My blue fluid leaks when I haven't even used the wipers or squirted any fluid. It seems to happen when it's below 32 degrees.
