2010 S550 depreciation
the 07-09 is basically same as the 010-013 and until those hit rock bottom prices, 010-013 will only go down to a certain level. What i mean is even a one -off 012-013 with extremely high mileage for example will not go lower than a certain amount at a certain time.
You can expect to still find 012s and 013s in the 40-60k range since 010-011s will pretty much be selling in the 35-45k range . you will of course find the one offs that will be priced lower for certain reasons...high mileage, trade in etc
So except if you are looking for a quick one-off deal like that, don't expect depreciation to save you a whole lot. I would figure by next year maybe another 10-15% dip on average on the 012-013s. And it gets harder if you are looking for get fully loaded ones.
My advice is settle for an older model that has all the features you like on the car and enjoy the car. Or spend a little extra and get a newer model now and enjoy the car. Cause by the time you are able to afford the 012-013, the itch for the 014 will start kicking in and the one you were supposedly waiting on will no longer be attractive to you.
All these are subjective though...thats my reasoning when it comes to cars. We are all different. some people always want the new model, some can wait a few years etc,
Good luck with search
