2009 S550 HVAC Blowing Cold Air - No Heat

2009 S550 HVAC Blowing Cold Air - No Heat
Today when putting the heat on the HVAC continued to blow cold air out of the main vents even when I put the temperature controls up to 80. I noticed that the vent controls are also not switching the floor wells.
The known facts;
1. Temp was 60 degrees outside
2. Temperature in the car set to 80, cold air blows out of the main vents
3. Display on the Command screen shows as if everything is functional.
I suspected it could be the duo valve(s) but my buddy told me none exist on the 221's...that I do not know for sure.
Any ideas before I take the car into MB Manhattan? I'm still under the extended warranty.

ACC water valve (change-over valve) located below windshield wiper mechanism may need replacement – regulates the flow of temperature-controlled engine coolant to the heater core.
