Radiator replacement S550
I have a small leak coming from where the intake tube goes thru the radiator on the driver side.
Anyone have instructions on how to replace the radiator?

A few things that may help. Check the radiator for a crack on the inlet housing. Get a new hose. From what ive read it looks like the O ring has worn out

Thats very odd. Where the fluid is dripping from is where the air intake hoses go. I cant see how its tied into the radiator. Maybe its sucking leaking fluid from the hose under it when the car intake creates a vacuum?

Looks like there's quite a few things you have to take off. As far as evacuating the AC I wonder if you can get away with not doing that as long as you're careful with the condenser. When I did my engine mounts I didnt follow the official procedure and got it done much quicker and took very few parts off lol Good luck

actually I just noticed something. The anti-freeze leaking from your pic is green. The OEM anti freeze is blue. Did someone put the wrong anti-freeze in your car? Could that have anything to do with developing a leak??

Having the incorrect anti-freeze can also affected corrosion and engine/part life. I'd get that checked out ASAP as well and have it flushed with the OEM blue stuff

A new radiator at AutoHausAZ is only $239 shipped. And it's a Nissens which is a good brand.
Just replace it. Even if you get this fixed up, there's a chance it will fail while you are driving. If you aren't careful, you'll overheat the engine and damage it (or end up replacing it!!)
$239 is cheap compared to what this could cost you if things go wrong.
I was gonna tell you to use JB Weld and how to do it, but then looked up the price of a radiator and changed my mind totally.

Wow very nice!! Just wondering was the hard part getting the oil cooler and condenser off ? It looks like you just had to unclip them. I'm guessing the crossmember was also challenging because it had many things bolted on it?
