Using MHI Bluetooth to port over addresses
Forum, not sure if this is the right location but if not, please direct me to the right area.
Just purchased a MB MHI Bluetooth module for my 07 S600; I purchased it under the belief that I could download phone numbers AND addresses from phone to command center; the phone numbers ported great, the addresses did NOT. I'd like to use the address in my phone with my navigation system, is this even possible and if so, how can I get it to work?

Thanks Mike but I have a 2007; the phone numbers show up but no address info; does this MHI unit work for numbers ONLY, not addresses; if not, is there a way to get addresses from phone to MB address book?

Mine lists the names and phone numbers of all contacts from my phone. If I have multiple numbers for a contact, it lists them individually.
If you're looking for a property address that you have entered within a contact, then you're going to be SOL as the system only downloads names and phone numbers from your contacts. I don't believe the face-lifted models download the property addresses either.

Yea, looks like I'm SOL; I was hoping to download and use property addresses with the command navigation opposed to phone; had my fingers crossed, guess I'll uncross them now; thanks for the update

It's accessed via the data/connection tab, then "Address Book" from the sub menu.

It's not displaying address info for contacts that your phone shows have address info? The point of a sub directory called "Address Book" would seem to be for the function you're hoping for.

What year is your vehicle? Mine is a 2007 S600 and I am unable to find where I can populate addresses into my navigation system

If I select one, any info about that contact...address, email, website etc that's in the phone displays on COMAND.
If I scroll down to the address and select it using the COMAND knob, it switches to Navi with the address as a destination.
***EDIT***
When all else fails... I checked the 07 S600 manual and you'd need to manually enter the info into the COMAND address book.

2010, but the fact yours has an "address book" function would seem to indicate your 07 will do the same. So when I click address book I get all of my phone contacts in a list.
If I select one, any info about that contact...address, email, website etc that's in the phone displays on COMAND.
If I scroll down to the address and select it using the COMAND knob, it switches to Navi with the address as a destination.

not sure if my previous message when through but when I try to access info from address book, I don't have any additional information; just name/phone number, no address information.

Calling it "Address Book" is misleading. It should have been called "Phone List" or "Phone Book". I have a feeling that the MB Pucks have limitations on the info that can be transferred....vs the face-lifted models which have a more modern integrated BT system that doesn't require a puck.
