Upon further inspection, 2 of the 4 look like they were dropped in a giant blender for about 5 minutes. Guy told me that they could be repaired. He wanted 1100 for the set with new Hankook tires. I offered 600 thinking I could troll flea-bay for the other two if the damaged ones were bent. He also indicated that there is a big difference in vehicle ride when going from 19" to 20" wheels as he went from these to 19" AMG REP wheels like I have now. Love the look just don't want to lose the plush ride. If I could get the set for 600 bucks and repair them for another 3-400 hundred, might be nice just to try.

The tires alone are more than that. I doubt he'd sell them to you for anywhere near that price. 20" wheels on these cars ride very nice. When you go higher than that is where you see the ride get a little jittery.

You should be able to get wheels repaired for around $150 each.

I was really hesitant to go from 19" to 20". The car's ride is everything to me. To prepare myself for the stiffer ride, I set AirMatic on Sport while on the 19". I bought a set of 20's but held on to the 19's just in case.

My concerns were completely unrealized. I could not feel an appreciable hardening of the ride. A little bit more feedback in the steering wheel maybe.

I would say the difference 19 to 20 is the difference between Comfort and Sport. Drive around on the 19 in Sport, and that's what the 20 on Comfort will feel like.

I have an extra set of OEM 20's I might be selling if you're interested.

if the wheels are beat up i would suggest just finding another set even if they are cheap. ive bought alot of used wheels in the past and theres always something wrong. here in houston there are places that will fix wheels for around 100-125. ive had wheels fixed, put new tires ,and they would still be wobbling.

Usually Comfort, unless I feel like putting the tranny in Sport or using the paddles. The S isn't a car that encourages a lot of spirited driving. It'll tolerate it but it's really not built for it, at least not the non ABC cars.

Sport doesn't change the ride quality a ton, but you do get less rolling and pitching.

Yep. The best or nothing. 😊 I actually have the full set of 4, plus a spare front and a spare rear.
