TV screen stopped working - Helpppppppp

I am getting no display on the screen.

Looks like no power going to the command dvd unit.

The heater controls work fine on the dash under the screen.

Can some one point me out to which fuses I should be looking at?

Many thanks!

Check and make sure you didn't accidentally hit the stupid "off" button on the right side of the knob.

The fuse diagram should be in a very large folded print out in the trunk where the spare tire lives. On my 2010 S550 there are I believe four fuses related to COMAND spread about the car. However, if you're getting the display on the bottom it does sound like the screen itself is powered. If any of the several individual components on the fiber optic loop that comprises COMAND fail, you'll see a "device unavailable" message. Might need to have a shop do a diagnostic.

Not getting the display at bottom - screen is totally off/black.

I will take a look for the diagram in boot, many thanks.

Could not locate the diagram by the spare wheel.

Where is the fuse box in the boot?

Fingers crossed this is now resolved.

Fuse 221
Located in the rear arm rest area
Took command about 10 mins to bring all the functions back on screen.

Isn't it great when it's just a fuse. There are some COMAND fuses in the left dash end panel and in the fuse box on the left side of the hood...I mean bonnet 😉

Yes, although it's nervous times when trying it!

had to remove the fuse box cover under the hood to check a fuse for the command display.

I have refitted as it was but I have noticed that when I start my car the headlight come and stay on! Changing the switch settings in the car makes no difference.

The day time running light settings work for the lower lights as it should via the menu on dash.

if I toggle the interior light switch to 0 A or on it has no effect .... Lights stay on as soon as I start the car.

Grrrr fix one thing for another to break!
