W221 S63 AMG ABS ESP LIMP Mode Speedometer Jumps and Parking Brake Problem

Hi, everyone
Spent many hours reading forums what can cause all this problems to W221, but did not find an answer.
My car has warnings:
1) ABS inoperative;
2) ESP inoperative;
3) LIMP Mode;
4) Speedometer jumps or stuck at 200MPH;
5) Red Parking Brake warning;
6) trunk lid problem (power shuts off).

Any ideals how to fix it?

Check batteries. Low voltages will result and what you describe.

That or you are missing a ground somewhere/ bad instrument cluster.

Is this a flood car?

My car is not flood car.
Now at the dealer, replace transmission conductor plate for $1550, did not help. Now, dealer wants to replace ABR control module for $1100 plus labor because no comunication with control unit. I do not think it will help.
The warning lights are on when car parked and vehicle thinks that it is moving. As soon you put it on D, no warning lights and car drives good. Sometimes no warning lights at all. Sometimes it is not drivable. Comes and goes.
Speedometer iddle jumps and can stay at 200MPH and odometer tunning even the car is parked. I do not know what to do...

Defective wheel speed sensor

A defective wheel speed sensor makes the car think it's moving while it's not.
An easy repair.

it is not a sensor since even with dead sensor esp module will communicate with star/das.

a dead esp (abr) module will result in said behavior.

but... i would ask dealer to refund the repair cost for conductor plate as described errors are never due to it.

they should have started with the esp module replacement in the first place.

Wow! Did you see how quick the mileage was increasing because the speedo was pegged at the top? What an awful way to pack mileage onto your car when it isn't going anywhere.

The dealer replaced the conductor plate and claimed that it was part of the problem but did not fix enything? How to deal with the dealer? Do I have chance to negotiate with the dealer, first price was $1100, when 1550, after nothing fixed, now additional $140 for diagnosis the repair and want to replace all the modules in the car.
What is ESP module have to do with Speedometer?
The w221 on the video is acting the same as my car, rear ABS sensor showing 300MPH. Changed the sensor, problem still exist.
Maybe the voltage regulator on alternator? my battery in the trunk is OEM mercedes battery showing 12,65V and 13,80-14,10 when driving, but 6 years old. Both batteries are good. Before the problems, my car was parked most of the time and was driven 2000 miles per year...
Most of the problem apearing when I am starting the car and transmission in P. When I able to move to D, no codes, no warning, perfect car. I think it is voltage problem, not sure.
When I able to access to ABR module, I had wierd fault like overheated brakes, but car was driven very light and never had brake problems

FIXED!

UPDATE to help everyone who will experience this kind of problems:
Before I took the car to the dealer, replaced left side rear ABS speed sensor myself, car had the same warning lights. Removed right side rear ABS Speed Sensor and replaced with my original ABS sensor from the left side, problems still exist. After I read many posts what can cause it, no one had strait answer.
Transmission codes 0722 0717 and D40C. Decided to take to the dealer.
After two weeks at the Mercedes Dealership Service, finally my car is fixed.
1) Star diagnostic showed that no signal to the Conductor plate output speed sensor and turbine sensor, replaced conductor plate and did not change anything.
2) After further diagnostic the ABR module was not responding and dealer put brand new ABR module, nothing fixed.
3) Electronic parking brake was malfunctioning, they checked and it was not a problem again.
4) Replaced two front ABS speed sensors because Star showed many faults, warning lights still on
5) Replaced two rear ABS speed sensors, finally success!
6) Removed brand new ABR module and install my original module, no warning lights.
THE PROBLEM WERE ALL FOUR ABS SPEED SENSORS! NOT ONE, NOT TWO BUT ALL AT THE SAME TIME! THE CAR IS FIXED!

Thank you everyone for help!
