Hi, I new to the site and I have a question. I own a 12 S550 4matic and
apparently my command controller stopped working. I don't have any control of the radio, navi, rear window shade or anything on the screen. I went to various OEM sites trying to locate one but no one seems to recognize it by that name. What is the correct name for it when going to these sites????

As suggested, definitive diagnose have someone pull fault codes. You can check fuse, f122 @ rear seat fuse panel. COMAND controller should be part # 2118707058, need VIN to confirm.
