Hi. My 2011 S400 was low on AC refrigerant, and the compressor shut down and was not cooling anymore. I had the system evacuated and recharged at a shop other than the dealer. However, the cooling won't start till the fault codes are erased. How do I erase the codes without having to go to the dealer and dropping big bucks? Thanks !!!

You are screwed unless you find an indy with a copy of DAS Xentry or equal to diagnose the AC control unit and erase the faults---if not you answered your own question!!
