Rear set cushion removal?

Just pops up.
There are little tabs in the front, if you go in there with a small screwdriver or such, you can press them in a bit and the cushion lifts up from the front and out of the hooks in the back. Hard to explain but once you pop it out it will make perfect sense. I can take pictures of one at work tomorrow if you need.
