There is a lot of information available in the ASSYST PLUS system, and it is primarily used for warranty issues, such as exceeding the maintenance notification, and by how many days. It also records if the oil quantity increases between changes, indicating that oil has been replenished between changes in vehicles with excessive oil consumption.
This information can be forged/modified if someone had the incentive to do so from what I understand, though. I am not implying that your's has, but just an FYI.

The log in the flash is not encrypted and can be easily modified. Just an FYI.

But if a CGW was replaced because of a defect and was unreadable, it would have almost no information in it, but it is designed to allow a dealer to revert a service that was accidentally confirmed in the instrument cluster to correct it.
