help with wheels

My 2012 S350 came stock with 8JX17 ET43 wheels and 235/55 R17 tires.

I am considering the following SL wheels (international shipment, so have to do my homework right):
8.5Jx19 ET35.5 (p/n MER A23140127027X19 - A2314012702)

Staggered is not worth the trouble where I live due to difficulty in sourcing replacement tires/rims. I plan to use sqaure setup with 8.5Jx19 ET35.5 on all fours. Do these fit without any trouble (offset 35.5 vs stock 43)?

Thanks!

Yes. I had much more aggressive offsets and no issues.

That's good to know. Can I put 255/45 on them instead of 255/40? I came across another member WHPH28 using 255/40 R20 instead of 35 but he has ABC S600 I think. Don't care much about the speedo error but do not want any issues with suspension, steering, even when the airmatic is at the lowest position.

Rolling dia:
255/40 R19: 686.6mm <-- OEM staggered front
275/40 R19: 702.6mm <-- OEM staggered rear

255/45 R19: 712.1mm <-- ?

255/40 R19: 712.0mm <-- Used by WHPH28

Thanks.

Yeah, but honestly the tires looked horrible on WPH's S600. He deliberately oversized them out of concerns over ride quality going to 20". Stick with the OEM sizes and the car will look good and still ride well.

I am leaning towards 245/45 R19 which is the OEM spec in W222. I wonder why W221 used 255/40 to go with 275/40 compared to the perfectly matched 245/45 and 275/40 pair used by W222.
