They where unplugged whilst when I pressurised the rail. Must be mechanical fault with the injectors.

Fuel pressure good?

If it runs great until it hits very high rpms, but only affects one bank, I'd still think it's an ignition issue. If you haven't replaced the transformer, swap one in and see if it helps. The rest of the system is pretty self contained, either it works or it doesn't. If you have new coils and a new transformer, good grounds to all of them, it should have hot spark. Make sure there's no resistance in the ground between the coil pack body and the engine (the little wire on the front of the pack). Every connection needs to be clean and tight. Sounds like you have one of those real PITA issues, gonna require a lot of double checking.

Me too, but the car has had two new ignition coils, new plugs, new ignition transformer. I have doubled checked all wiring and added new grounding cables from each pack to the ignition transformer and to the cylinder head too.

Its been a pain to track down. Had new o2 sensors, checked for blocked cats, checked compression etc etc,

I'm hoping that those two injectors that where leaking where probably going static above 4900rpm and causing misfires. We will see when the other two come in.
