Brake Rotors 2013-S550 - Q for Konigstiger

Brake Rotors 2013-S550 - Q for Konigstiger
I will be changing pads/rotors on 2013 S550 and cannot find definite answer for size of the rotors and part Nos.
The car has option 951 - sport package (WDD2211731A498119) but I am not certain if that is the same as the AMG sports package that some vendors of brake discs are referring to. Current rotors are drilled on the front, smooth on the rear.
I found two different part numbers: 221 421 16 12 and 221 421-18-12 not sure what is the difference (size??) I am thinking about going with coated rotors to prevent rusting but need the dimensions to get the right part.
