Dealership wants about $35.00.
Should I walk in and get one or should I look around on Amazon?

I think the aftermarket ones were $3 and real ones on eBay were about $7-8
I bought a real one because I'm sure the aftermarket was fine, but don't want to risk it. Difference is only a few $ anyhow.
One side wraps completely around the pedal and the other just barely wraps around. This second end that barely wraps is the first one to come off / last one to go on. You'll see when you get the new one. Unhook the smaller end and slide off the pad. Hook on the bigger end as you slide on the new, then hook on the smaller end. Basically look at the new pad and remove the old one the most logical way, then do the exact reverse to install the new one.
Takes 2 mins to install and car feels like new. My foot actually almost slipped off the brake once before, because I was touching only the metal of the pedal that had worn through the rubbere.
