2007 Mercedes-Benz S550 screen malfunction HELP

my command/navigation stereo system is show up a message saying something like "Turn on your car engine or the radio will turn off in 3 minutes" while the car is been driven. After a good 20-30 drive the message appears and tell me to turn on engine
In addition, when the stereo is still running and the message has not been displayed yet, the stereo does not shut off by itself when I turn off the engine and exsit the vehicle. I have to manually turn it off the stereo system also it won’t let me access many of options like massage seats telling me something like “turn on the car/ ignition ) . I already replace the battery please any help would be apperactied . Possible fuse or system update ? TIA

Two batteries: 12V/35AH engine compartment (starter), and 12V/95AH in trunk (supply) I assume you replaced trunk battery. If so, time to have someone pull fault codes using MB DAS (diagnostics).

Hi, I am getting the exact message as yourself and today my car stalled 3 times and completely shut down whilst I was driving. I managed to call a tow truck and now it's at the European mechanic being diagnosed.
Any advise would be very much appreciated.
Kind regards, Victoria

alternator and flat battery...
if that's nothing wrong I'd say CPS (crank position sensor) is a classic for stalling and being Ok again while later, go wrong all the time and easy and cheap to fit

Original poster has probably either died by now, sold the car or set the car on fire and walked away from it but I thank you for your input.
