Can you provide more info? When the sound comes on? Can you try to turn off logic 7 and duplicate the problem?

Most likely a dead amplifier. The amp is in a location that can get moisture and water in. Terrible design by MB. I had mine die while driving through a torrential downpour. Same symptoms as yours. My only option besides buying a used one for about $800 with questionable history was to call Harman/Becker and have my current one repaired. Turned out it fried a hole through the board and it was unable to be repaired. I purchased a remanufactured amplifier from them and am expecting it in the mail tomorrow. Whole process took about 3 weeks though, sadly.

But, before you do anything. Please access the amplifier and disconnect all wires and allow it to dry. (If this is a new issue.) I had this happen two times to me and the first time after letting everything dry it was fine.

I’m honestly kinda worried about my new amp being water damaged too, so I’m going to try and put some type of plastic or similar at the bottom of the amp to reduce potential damage. Such a stupid design by Daimler. Harman/Becker told me that it’s by far the most popular amp they repair due to the location. It’s almost a definite that at one point it will be water damaged.

I agree with Beeson. I had same issue with amp on W203 but I was able to fix it myself. Open the amplifier and clean any corrosion you find on PCB with isopropyl alcohol then let it dry and test it.

Exactly what I did when I removed the amp from the car. I cleaned some of the corrosion but didn’t help. I would def try it though.
