2007 CL550
W216 coupe has burled wood covers which should fit your vehicle. The parts can be found, but usually are very expensive. See https://europeanautorecycling.com/pr...in-2166800010/ for CD cover.

Burlwood
I had some burlwood work done by APSIS USA (http://apsisusa.com/) for my 2013 S-550 and they did a great job. 2 piece CD cover and all door handle panels.
They need the original parts to laminate wood veneer on top of them. Turnaround is about 4-6 weeks. I ended up buying new parts for this project to avoid having the car apart for long time and then just swapped the parts when the woodwork was done. Not cheap but excellent workmanship. You get what you pay for.
