Whining noise from the engine bay when HOT
I'm driving 2007 V8 63 AMG (M156) with ABC. I have the following problem. After I'll go through a lot of start\stop city driving and the engine bay gets quite hot, I start hearing quite loud whining noises from the front of the car. I'm including the video with sound, so you can better understand what type of noise I'm talking about:
There is no such sounds when the engine bay is cold. Thanks for any guesses and help provided!

seems very odd boost leak ?
other than that, usual suspects of nasty noises making it sound like a lada are
Drive belt idler bearings fail
Super charger drive idler bearings fail
AC pulley bearing made of cheese
Water pump tends to be noisy
PAS pump makes noises
AC condenser leaks so its low on gas and you hear whines from heater area as gas goes round the system
1) It couldn't be the boost leak. It is M156 (6.2 liter atmo V8).
2) Drive belt idler bearings fail - Would order a replacement if no other option would be found. However, usually they tend to scream constantly and more when cold.
3) I have no supercharger
4) AC pulley would be replaced if no options would be found
5) It is definetely not a water pump. I have a new unit now: made no difference.
6) Power steering pump in my case is a one piece unit with ABC pump. Basically, according to my research it could actually be not the pump itself, but the damper reservoir. I just want someone to confirm that it sounds like that.
7) AC working fine. No potential issue here.
BTW, I'm asking here for help, because even indie mechanics could not find the reason of that noise and just offer me to start throwing some big $$$ on potentially faulty items.
one other thought, engine mounts fail (but I doubt it would make that noise)

Engine and transmission mounts have been replaced 3 weeks ago.

Alternator
Water pump
PAS pump
AC compressor
its a common trouble shooting solution, and on most mercs should take about 15 seconds to get off and 30 to refit, just don't do it for long, if you still have the noise you need to be looking elsewhwere
