My best recommendation if you haven't done so is a thorough maintenance with spark plug change, inspect ignition system for any misfires, and have the transmission and ABC serviced and inspected, Very important if you intend to push the vehicle beyond its designed limits. When attempting to make that much power, you can expect things to break, including the ignition system, so get ahead and begin with a solid foundation,

The Bosch 010 intercooler pump flows about twice the flow of the original pump, and usually would net you about another 25-30HP. The cost is under $110 from AutohausAZ dot com, and there are YouTube videos showing approximately where it is located. RennTech also has an upgraded intercooler pump thast is about ten times the cost of the Bosch 010, with a much higher flow rate, I don't know how much flow rate but I doubt that more flow would get much more HP, there can be a thing as too much flow in a cooling system and for the $1400 I would spend that money on something else! Bosch 0392022010 is supposed to be the upgraded, seventh-generation version of this pump. Make sure it will fit your car before purchase!

It's a direct replacement. I put one in my S600 because the old one was dead -- it bolted right in.

Ha! I didn’t change it for fun. The original pump was bad, and the low temp circuit was about half empty when I bought the car. So yes, there was more power, but there were real problems before.

Personally, I would be very skeptical of estimated/guessed/claimed 20-30 HP gains without dyno evidence. It’s not an expensive part nor is it terrible to replace, but you will need to have the system vacuum bled afterward.
