High Mile W221 - M278
I'm very close to buy a Mercedes S Class W221 from 2011 - M278, the clock shows 350.000 km.
BUT - Fully MB service from day one, one owner - CEO company car, long distance driving Austria, Germany.
Newly changed both turbo's.
No error messages, codes - starts and drive perfectly.
Any concerns ?

Read about cylinder scoring. It could be a U.S. problem due to low quality fuel and oil. Europe has higher quality fuel and oil, and MB knows those specifications better than they do other markets. The MB Bluetec fiasco is an example of this.
Other then that i agree....if it is in great shape and you like it....go for it
Good luck

150 km sounds a lot but if it was a company car for many people to drive this kind of km fill up quickly even in city use.
I would feel a lot better if the car had 50 000 or even more km on the clock. This would certainly mean highway driving meaning you can divide it all by 3 or even 4 to compare to city car.
But I would think this is a highway used car so the engine mileage is only just around 100 000 km or less.
