Hey I took my front drivers side seat out with the battery connected. Should I disconnect both batteries before I reconnect the front seat to avoid the air bag to go off or will I be fine. I have not started the car after taking the seat out

Yes.. the front battery of the car is 07 is the starter battery. The rear battery is everything else. I would disconnect both just to be safe.

You can do both but WIS instruct to remove ground line to main battery.
