Fuse 52
So, reading thru the fuse chart I come to notice there are two fuse 52 positions. I also verified this at the fuse location, there are 52a and 52b. The fuse is in positi0n 52a.
This is the fuse for the horn. If I move the fuse to position 52b what would happen to the horn?
Anybody know before I try?

May simply be harness difference, waiting on Arrie’s result.

This could make sense for a taxi sitting in line and wanting to give a honk to someone without starting the car…?

Ok, fuse research is done.
Moving the fuse 52 to position (b) disables the audible feedback when locking the car. It did not make horn available when car is off that I thought it might be for.
Strange thing here is that there is an option in the cluster menu for disabling the audible feedback from locking the car so why the fuse position for it too?
Is this perhaps a carry-over from older cars that did not have this option in the cluster menu? Any older model owners would need to answer this...My car is a 2012 YM.

Hi,
For GLC Coupe 300e, I installed the camera in the following way:
1.Ground I connected it to the screw near the fuses 200 - 219 (front left - inside)
2.I connected the permanent power supply to the fuse in the slot 206 (I don't have an analog clock and the slot is empty, but the connection is possible)
3.I connected the necessary voltage only when the engine is running in the trunk where the fuse box is (I don't have socket in the trunk, so I used 445 slot - slot is empty, but the connection is possible)
I pulled the cable from the trunk to the dashboard - I put the cable through the plastic threshold of the doors on the inside. It's very easy, you don't have to dismantle anything, it's a 10-minute job and the cable won't be visible at all.
Camera is working well - I recommend installing 500mA fuses on the 2 voltage wires - the camera consumes very little - it is better to protect your car in case of a short circuit.
