2023 Chrysler 300C with 6.4 liter engine

To prevent dealers from jacking up the base $56K price tag, they did a lottery for the 2000 cars expected to be produced. I was lucky and got a slot and it cost me $300 to hold the slot (in October). In April (April 27) they notified me it was scheduled for production. It took until 6/7 to build it!!
I wonder if the big crash on I 95 near Philadelphia will affect the truckers delivering my car?
Route 1, Route 13, 295, NJ Turnpike. Looking at 30 minutes to 1.5 hours of additonal travel time depending on the route/traffic.

When I went to DARCARS CHRYSLER Rockville to pick it up, they tried to add $5K in fake fees for a 2% sales commission and a $2400 detailing package among other fake fees. I refused. Showed them my confirmed order. No dice. They said I refused the car and it is now theirs. I said they had to refund my $300 deposit. They readily agreed. They apparently had two other buyers for 300Cs also refuse to pay fake fees and walked away. So they now have 3 special order cars on the lot.
I think I have a good cause of action against both Chrysler and the dealer. I plan to sue them both. Already wrote it up for The Washington Post. Sent a copy to the dealer. A number of years ago, they marked up a Corvette in Virginia at Rosenthal Chevrolet on a guy who had a firm order at MSRP. He went to Court and won. I think I am going to try it also.
By the way, they rebuilt 95N in 12 days, pretty quick.

After walking out on the fake fees, and suggesting they shove the car in an undignified personal location; the next morning the GM of DARCARS Rockville calls me to say he would be happy to remove the fees and do the deal we originally agreed to. I picked up the car last night. She is sweet. And no fake fees.
He mentioned they sold 40 cars last month and only 20 cars so far in June. Now we know why.....
Google says the average markup last month was 8.2%. Previous month was 10.4%. Inventory is backing up. Maybe the recession is real. Fight fake fees.
seemingly little to do with cars - the UK in the 50s was the world biggest exporter of cars... (its linked - and all evil)
