2013 S550 battery drains overnight
2013 Mercedes S550 W221 4Matic when I turn the car off and if I don't use it for a couple of days, the next thing, is the main battery is dead, and the battery is brand new, I replaced it 3 times the scanner showed code Error D135 The wake-up line has Short circuit to ground. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Clearly, you have a parasitic drain on that battery. You can pull fuses one at a time while checking the battery voltage with a cheap VOM. When the voltage bounces from the fuse disconnect, that will tell you which circuit is the problem. Then trace that circuit through whichever SAM or other module is faulty and simply replace that module. It could be a really sticking or it could be a bad component on module board. Could be tons of things. You need to go about it systematically. You should also scan the car's computer to read any diagnostic codes you may have.
