2012 S65 AMG Steering Column Adjsuter Issue - Help!

Hi Guys,
I discovered my steering wheel will not tilt or telescope and I have no heated steering wheel either. The only odd thing I noticed is that the Stalk that controls the adjustment and heated steering wheel doesn't light up when I twist it. I checked under the kick panel and i see that both motors on the steering are securely connected and everything looks factory.
I have tried to search if there's a fuse that controls it without any success. Any help or guidance would go a long way.

I also noticed both rear window privacy shades don't work, both windows go down and come up and the rear screen blinds work too. Any insights would be really appreciated.

Has the car been driven or sitting? When the battery goes down on these cars it does all crazy things. When my battery was low, the rear window screens wouldn't work either. Once charged up, everything became operational. If that's not it, then you will have to start looking at fuses ...

Nothing shows up on the scanner by way of fault both for the steering and the rear window blinds. Still Stomped.

did u try moving the column in the opposite direction to the one you want ? - there is a calibration process - when confused it will not move at all in two planes (say out or down) till its been through full travel in the opposite two planes...

Find the fuses. Check them with a test light with an incandescent light bulb. A bulb sized as we had for a dome light in the 1970s is the right one. A ‘digital voltage probe’ too often lies where there is a poor connection such that it picks up 12 volts but the circuit is unable to pass enough amperage to operate.
